POKE, Desmond (Jack) Edwin

Peacefully passed away on Friday 13th December, surrounded by his family.  Much loved father of Robert (dec.), and Brenda.  Father-in-law to Troy.  Grandfather of Kayla, Dillon, and his partner Ebony.  Great Grandfather to Demi.

You will be greatly missed by all family, friends and those who had the pleasure of knowing you, Jacky Boy.

Family and friends of Mr Jack Poke are warmly invited to attend his funeral to be held at Mersey Gardens Chapel and Crematorium, 20-24 Stony Rise Road, Devonport TOMORROW, Wednesday 18th December, 2019 at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Australian Cancer Research would be appreciated and may be made at the service.
