Born on September 28, 1924. Passed away June 22, 2021.

Much loved wife of Laurence Huett and Reginald Whiteley (both dec.). Loved and respected mother of Marie, Elaine, Margaret, and Peter (dec.). Loved Nan, Great Nan, and Great-Great Nan of her 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Loved daughter of the late Henry and Ruby Collins, and loved sister of her 12 siblings.

Family and friends of Mrs Jean May Whiteley are warmly invited to attend her funeral to be held at Mersey Gardens Chapel, 20-24 Stony Rise Road, Devonport on THURSDAY, July 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., after which interment will follow at Mersey Vale Memorial Park.

    We send our sympathy to you all.
    It was wonderful to be able to visit Jean twice while we were in Sheffield earlier this year. We had a wonderful time of reflection and sharing about past memories. Jean loved her family and often talked about them. When we left we said see you next time we are in Tasmania or we will meet you in heaven.
    What a gracious lady who loved her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
