David Wayne (Hort). Passed away peacefully at home on March 9, 2018 surrounded by his loving family, aged 45 years. Much loved husband of Sam. Devoted dad of Mark, Jake, Kaysee, Bailey, Riley (in Heaven) and Pheibe.

Loving son of the late Cheryl and Reg Horton and loved brother of Sharlene and Fiona (dec.).

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service for Mr. David Wayne (Hort) Horton at Mersey Gardens Chapel and Crematorium, 20-24 Stony Rise Road, Devonport on Friday, March 16, 2018 commencing at 1:30pm. Flowers are welcome, or if desired, donations to the Melwood Unit at Calvary St. Luke’s Hospital would be appreciated and may be made at the service.
