Passed away in her 96^th year surrounded by her loving family. Beloved and loving wife of Frank. Loved mother of Ian and Jan, Michael and Leticia, Greg and Joslyn, Darren and Carina, and John. Adored Nanny of Ricky, Tiffanee, Elouise, Yvana, Olivia, Daynah, Georgia, Hayley, Courtney and great Nan of Bailey, Maddison, and special Nan of Reid, Hunter, and Amaja. Loving sister and sister in law of Tony and Barbara (both dec.), Ken and Dawn, Kaye (dec.) and Judith, Beryl and Arthur.

Family and friends of Mrs Carmel Cook are warmly invited to attend her funeral to be held at Mersey Gardens Chapel, 20-24 Stony Rise Road, Devonport on THURSDAY, January 3, 2019 at 1:30pm, after which interment will follow at Mersey Vale Memorial Park.
