Passed away August 17 at M.C.H. Loved and loving daughter of the late Ethel and Laurence Kelcey. Loved and loving sister and sister in law of Cath and Laurie Gibbons (both dec.), John (dec.), Joan and Vin Mansour (both dec.), Eileen and Glen (dec.) Halley, Patrick (dec.), Phyliss and Ron Arrowsmith (both dec.), David and Dorothy Kelcey (both dec.), Laurence (dec.), Anne and Cliff Hughes. Loving wife of Ray for 42 years.

Peace at last.

Passed away peacefully August 17 aged 84 years. Dearly loved sister, sister in law and aunty of Anne and Cliff Hughes, Michelle and Eric Lamprey, Shane and Emma Hughes. Great aunty of Thomas, Liam, Holly and Daisy. Our lives will never be the same and we will miss you so much.

A Mass for the repose of the soul for Mrs Joyce Carter will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 59-61 Stewart Street, Devonport on MONDAY, August 24, 2020 at 10.30 am, after which interment will take place at Mersey Vale Memorial Park. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions we invite people to utilise the live streaming of Joyce’s funeral through the Our Lady of Lourdes Facebook page as we will need to close access to the venue when we have reached the capacity of 90 people in attendance.
