Born on May 29, 1949. Passed away January 4, 2020.Much loved partner of the late Warren (Bully) Milbourne. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Joanne and Tom, Craig and Alana, Paul, Jakki and Scott. Much loved Nan and GG of her 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Alexander and Ethel Cleaver. Loved sister of Marlene, Cynthia, Lynette, Diane, Jacki (dec.), Yvonne, and Gary. Reunited with Bully and Shamus.

A Thanksgiving Service in celebration of the life of Ms Josephene Cleaver will be held at Mersey Gardens Chapel, 20-24 Stony Rise Road, Devonport, on FRIDAY, January 10, 2020 at 10.30 a.m. Family and friends are warmly invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Please wear bright colours in memory of Josie.
