  1. To Allan & family, so sorry we won’t be able to attend Jeans service as we’ll be in an organised trip to Hobart. We knew Jean through the garden club. Right up until about a year it so ago, Jean would still accompany us on club outings to gardens & even trudged around the herb farm opposite where she lived with the barest of assistance. She was a real trooper. Her garden was her passion. You could tell this when wandering around her garden while she happily tried to pull out all sorts of Bits & pieces from her garden to give us. She was incredibly generous like that. We were so shocked when we received the news of her passing as it was only a few weeks ago we had paid her a visit. She was good on that day & I guess this will be a lovely last memory of her for us. Sincere condolences to all the family. She was one of the “good-ins” & will be sadly missed.
